The museum will be open six days a week, and it will be staffed by volunteers. The staff curator will oversee this volunteer program.

The museum will be free of charge to the public. Donations will be accepted. In the past, the display has generated over $50,000 yearly in donations and gifts.

The endowment will be necessary to maintain the display for future years.
