The building is very modern, sculptural, geometric expression in white stucco appropriate for our cultural arts district. It will be distinctive in design. Preliminary drawings can be seen on the next page.
Since it is on a lot next to a brick building, the buildings will have to be faced in order to blend in with the architecture. Behind that building a park will be constructed to accommodate large groups. The perimeter of the building will have security installed to protect the entire area.
Signage will be placed in the parking lot adjacent to Bailey Street.
